New Rockford Area Betterment Corporation
General Description:
The New Rockford Area Betterment Corporation (NRABC) Program Intern will support the Executive Director. The intern will assist with programs for community/economic development, including media/marketing, website maintenance, social media, and tourism projects.
Job Objectives:
1)To assist the Executive Director in the implementation of current programs.
2)To assist with the cityofnewrockford.com website content and design.
3) To complete marketing, public relations, social media and design functions.
4)To assist with and design tourism projects that will benefit the New Rockford area.
5) To assist with office duties as assigned.
Performance Responsibilities: Energetic, Professional, Reliable and Responsible.
Skills: Good oral, written, and time management skills, along with the ability to communicate in a professional manner. Must be computer literate in Microsoft office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher.
Work Hours: The Summer Program Intern will work 20-25 hours per week. Hours are negotiable.
Education: Students currently enrolled in an Undergraduate degree program.
Salary & Benefits: The Summer Program Intern position is an hourly rate. The intern will also receive a monthly cell phone stipend.
