“Deal or No Deal” 2016 Dinner and Game Show Tickets Available Now
"2015 Deal or No Deal finalists Larry Danduran, Frank Laber, Delise Kirkeide, and Kenny Reis deliberate on prize decision with hostess, Jessica Dillon"
Registration and a social hour will begin at 6 p.m., followed by dinner of roast pork, chicken Mornay, sides and dessert. The Deal or No Deal game will begin at 7:00 p.m. with the first round of eliminations. After each round, mini-games for more cash prizes and audience challenges for freebies will keep the crowd entertained and playing along as the final players are decided.
The final 25 players left in the game will be offered equal shares of $2000 cash, or the opportunity to play on for the chance to win even more money, at the risk of being eliminated. Last year’s grand cash prize was divided between three winners, in the amount of $667 each.
The fundraiser is held by and on behalf of the New Rockford Community Foundation, a permanent endowment fund that provides grant money to local non-profits. Since it began in 2010, the Foundation has granted back $11,400, with another $3400 available for 2016 projects. As the fund grows, the amount available each year increases.
Business sponsorships from generous local donors more than match this year’s anticipated event proceeds. Deal or No Deal 2016 is sponsored by the New Rockford Eagles Club, Bank Forward, CenDak Farmers Union, Community Credit Union, Eagles Auxiliary, Evans Funeral Home, the New Rockford Golf Course, the New Rockford Lions Club, Nicolai Chiropractic Center, the Rockford Theatre, Viking Electric, Yri Electric, and with the support of the New Rockford Area Betterment Corporation and more than two dozen additional local businesses and organizations.
Contact the NRABC or any Foundation board member to purchase your tickets for this once-a-year spectacle. Deal or No Deal tickets are $50, and are limited to 200 total.
