Rockin' Fitness opened its doors in the spring of 2011 as the first full-service fitness and wellness center in the New Rockford area. Members have 24-hour access to equipment such as weight training and resistance machines, treadmills and elliptical machines for cardio, stationary cycles, and much more.

Annual membership rates for Rockin' Fitness are as follows:
Individual $32.00
Dual $52.00
Family $72.00
Month-to-month rates are:
Individual $39.00
Dual $65.00
Family $79.00
Daily drop-in rate: $5
Week pass: $15
Student Rate (ages 13-17): $25/month
Senior Rate (age 65+): $25/month
Facility membership may also qualify under certain BlueCross BlueShield of ND health insurance plans for a special rate credit, so be sure to check with your insurance provider for details.
Rockin' Fitness is also a SilverSneakers and Silver&Fit participant, providing free gym memberships to seniors with certain Medicare plans - call or stop in for more information!
