Each of the 16 two bedroom apartments feature a kitchen, living room, bathroom, two bedrooms and emergency pull cords that alert LHGS - conveniently located in bedrooms and bathroom. Rent includes a daily continental style breakfast and buffet style lunch, as well as all utilities except electricity, telephone and cable television. Stalls in an attached garage are available for an extra cost. A variety of assisted living services are available for additional fees for anyone needing a little extra help to continue living independently. Heritage House is conveniently connected to the Lutheran Home, Chapel, and Child Development Center through an attractive walkway." On-site off street parking with winter plug-ins is provided. Rent includes all utilities, except cable television and telephone.
